A dominant force in chilled food manufacturing, our client seeks an HR professional to manage all generalist HR activity at one of their major stand alone operations, encompassing all aspects of the strategic and operational HR mix throughout these very fast moving businesses. You need to be a strong Change Agent, and as the HR expert, preferably CIPD qualified, you will be accountable for business improvement through people, developing senior personnel and fostering an entrepreneurial culture in partnership with the General Manager. Experience from any Manufacturing sector would be beneficial. Highly competitive package includes a basic £40,000 - £50,000 salary plus final salary pension, fully expensed car, bonus and other benefits.
