Despatch Team Manager

Job Description

This client is part of a global food manufacturer who is continually growing. This role is part of the Despatch Team and reports to the Despatch Manager. The job is to ensure excellent customer service is achieved.

Your role would be to plan, organise and manage team of 15. You would be responsible for the pm shift and night shift including Operatives and Team Leaders, you would measure all resources to ensure that targets for despatch are met.
You would co ordinate with the Despatch Manager, Team leader and operators to ensure the smooth operation of logistics and the operations team.
Your KPI measurements would be Labour, Customer claims, Turnaround times, Stock adjustments, Customer Service. You would need to record daily performance and labour and
You would need to efficiently Manage and control all Materials handling Equipment, pump trucks, pallet wrap machine, Infrastructure repairs and transport to achieve, and continually improve the Despatch function

Hours of Work
Sunday - Thursday (Sunday 10am - 6pm, Mon to Thurs 2pm - 10pm )
