Job Description

A fast paced food manufacturer requires a Development Manager with a relevant food related degree, good organisational and interpersonal skills. Ideally you will have a track record with a major retailer or an excellent graduate or equivalent with the ability to demonstrate a real flair for food. Reporting to the Development Controller you will work on several projects and ensure critical time scales are met. There will be regular involvement in factory trials and regular customer contact. Effective communication skills, and the ability to compile information and presentations is key. An enthusiastic personality with the ability to influence and motivate colleagues from all disciplines is required.
