Job Description

This leading food manufacturer of hot and cold pastry products is looking for an energetic and driven individual to join this fast paced environment.

The Role
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will develop an expert understanding of the product market place so that you fully understand consumer / shopper behaviour in order to provide recommendations to business and the retailers to help develop customer categories covering merchandising, ranging, pricing and promotions. You will work with the Sales team to produce and deliver customer presentations as appropriate and work with NPD to maximise new opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing a Marketing Analyst.

The Person
Ideally you will have previous experience in a related role and possess a relevant marketing qualification. You will compliment your good commercial awareness with strong analytical and excellent presentation skills. You must therefore be numerate and literate with good IT skills. As important as the above are your drive, enthusiasm and pro-active approach. Full driving licence required.
