Job Description

This market leader in the Poultry industry requires a day shift Production Manager to join their expanding and successful team. Ideally, you will have sound experience working within the meat sector and have the capability to manage the efficient running and performance of a poultry factory by focusing and driving improvement on all departmental KPIs. You will have excellent proven people management skills and have the ability to motivate and drive a team ensuring that the area delivers on service levels and product quality through team working. You will also be capable of stepping into the role of Operations Manager on a regular basis so must have the ambition, drive and determination to further your career. The ideal candidate will also be used to a high degree of customer exposure, have the ability to run a tight budget and be an excellent motivator and team player. Ref JSH6204
