Job Description

This market leader in the Poultry industry requires a day shift Production Manager to join their expanding and successful team. Ideally you will have a sound Butchery background, and have the capability to manage the efficient running and performance of a poultry factory by focusing and driving improvement on all departmental KPIs. You will understand cutting to complicated customer specifications, working closely to production plans, reducing waste and increasing yield. You will ensure that the area delivers on service levels and product quality through team working and excellent people management. The ideal candidate will also be used to a high degree of customer exposure, have the ability to run a tight budget and be an excellent motivator and team player. Ref JSH6206
