Night Shift Manager

Job Description

An experienced Production Manager is required to join a chilled food business, working on the night shift. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your people. This role requires a seasoned manager, happy to make decisions with information presented. Communication and teamwork is key and feedback on a regular basis to all team members regarding performance of the production and hygiene teams with regard to the overall business is vital. You will need to demonstrate that you have a combination of excellent people and manufacturing skills to apply for this role. Experience of leading a team within a manufacturing environment is required.
