Job Description

This leading food manufacturer requires an experienced Shift Manager to be accountable for the effective, efficient and economic management of the process ensuring highly effective team development at all times and customer product specification achievement, whilst under the constraints of cost, hygiene, quality and safety. The ideal candidate needs to be ambitious, take on responsibility and develop the role. There are three shift that are set (not rotating) 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm and 11pm - 7am over a 5 day period
