Working for this fast paced food manufacturer the Specifications Technologist will be responsible for maintaining and updating specifications. Experience of creating, maintaining and circulating specifications for own label food products is vital. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating current legislation relating to the company's products and ensuring that all products conform to relevant legal requirements. You will have experience of working with major retailer specifications systems, (Tesco TTL, Asda Webtraqs, Sainsbury Inspire etc.) HARA documentation and artwork approval. Liaising with the customers and suppliers is critical. A proven track record of meeting deadlines and strong attention to detail is essential. The successful candidate must have BRC/HACCP experience with good presentation skills and an ability to present information confidently and professionally, Experience of working in the chilled food sector would be ideal Ref LK6283
