Job Description

Reporting to the Technical Director of this large FMCG food manufacturing company, as Technical Services Manager you will be responsible for managing a team and liaise on a daily basis with the Production and Engineering teams. The role is to manage and develop all site audits with an audit system in line with the Company's quality management system. Set up, audit and manage the site HACCP documentation and ensuring adherence. Prepare for and manage the BRC audit, including management of actions within specified timescales. Ensure the customer complaint system is managed, liaise with retail customers and provide management information to facilitate corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record quality/technical role, have good influencing and communication skills and is passionate about customer service. Ref LK6285
