A challenging and stretching senior NPD / Technical role working for a major retailer. This role focuses on the development of a product development and technology strategy for a number of product categories. Leading a team of NPD and Technical personnel, you will work closely with Buying and Marketing colleagues internally, and extensively externally with the supply base. You must be a highly influential and confident professional who can set and deliver challenging strategic targets. Your background will include NPD and Technical experience gained within either major multiple retail or the manufacturing sector. INMGS6176
