Job Description

A great career development opportunity to join a major multiple retailer in their chilled foods NPD team. To be accountable for category development across own label ranges, working in close partnership with an international supply base of food manufacturers. A strategic role, but occasionally allowing the opportunity to get more hands-on involvement in product NPD projects in suppliers' development kitchens. You must have a strong mix of creative and commercial acumen, plus well develeped project management skill. Excellent presentation skills are required, as is the ability to identify new product and range opportunities. The added value convenience product ranges on offer in this role are very fast moving and require extensive and regular NPD activity, so this is a high profile position within the NPD Team.
