Specifications Technologist

Job Description

Working for this fast moving chilled manufacturer supplying an innovative product range to the major retailers the Specifications Technologist will be responsible for maintaining and updating specifications. Experience of creating, maintaining and circulating specifications for own label food products is vital. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating current legislation relating to the company's products and ensuring that all products conform to relevant legal requirements. You will have experience of working with major retailer specifications systems (ASDA, Sainsburys), HARA documentation and artwork approval. Liaising with the customers and suppliers is critical. Ideally you will be a food graduate or equivalent with experience of chilled food manufacturing. Ref MW5996
