Our client is the premier chilled foods manufacturer supplying the major High Street retailers. As part of its growth plans it requires a number of highly motivated and ambitious Commercial Managers to fast track through the Group. These are newly created roles focused on attracting candidates who can learn a broad mix of commercial account management skill and progress to more Senior Management positions after two years of mentoring and assignment in key business units. We are looking for graduate calibre individuals who have already gained some commercial exposure, possibly through a business studies or marketing degree course or through first industry roles in sales teams. You would be offered a broadly based training and development programme, and this would be managed in a highly pragmatic and business focused manner.
