Job Description

Previous experience of managing production teams in an FMCG manufacturing is sought for this Production Supervisor role based in south Lincolnshire. Working on the back shift (4pm-midnite) you will have a higher degree of responsibility so need to demonstrate the ability to use your initiative and motivate teams when under pressure. Ideally, previous experience of the chilled food manufacturing sector is sought. Ref SG6186
