Manufacturing Manager £40-£55,000 plus package Based West Midlands As Manufacturing Manager for this blue chip food manufacturer, you will manage, co-ordinate and control the physical resources required for the manufacturing operation to deliver customer satisfaction on quality and service whilst achieving high levels of resource productivity to deliver budgeted profit levels. Your background will highlight previous implementation of cultural change within a FMCG organisation, achieving truely sustainable change. Furthermore, you will have experience of implementing profit improvement programmes as part of a continuous improvement plan and managing key capex projects. Ref SG6225
