Job Description

An experienced Operations Manager is sought for this chilled food manufacturing business based in South Lincs. Working across a continental shift pattern, you will be directly accountable for a large team of Managers and, indirectly, c.150 people across the factory. Consequently, first class man management skills are essential along with a demonstrable track record of driving forward improvements through a natural and intuitive commitment to CI and lean manufacturing principles. This is a big role affording significant responsibility so a big player is required.
