Job Description

An experienced Maintenance Manager or first post Engineering Manager is sought by this chilled food manufacturer based in Lincolnshire. You will be responsible for the cost effective delivery of plant performance targets and the availability of spares/consumables. You will meet engineering performance targets through your team and the provision of a range of preventative maintenance techniques along with driving continuous improvement initiatives through the factory. You will need to have a track record of successfully managing projects by adopting best practice, identifying risks, and ensuring that the project team is competent and that legal and technical needs are covered.
