The successful candidates will have extensive management experience in a manufacturing environment within a blue chip food or drink company as well as having excellent people management and organisation development skills. You will have a proven track record of coaching and developing teams to achieve their full potential in order to meet and exceed the business goals while balancing short-term gains with long-term plans.
