Our client is looking for an Interim Engineering Manager Interim for circa one year based from the Midlands. As part of the Performance Improvement Team you will focus on reducing downtime and improving production line stability. You need to be an experienced Maintenance Engineer ideally with RCM and CI experience across multi sites. Coupled with this is the challenge of facilitation and planning on a daily basis. Working on an Interim basis you will challenge and improve existing processes and make sure that best practises are continually being applied. We are looking for:- Good analytical skills. Strong influencing skills at all levels - internal and external Confident presenter with ability to vary style accordingly Ability to make data driven decisions Computer literate - in particular Microsoft office applications Good commercial awareness Excellent planning and organisational skills About our client The popularity of their comprehensive range means that they have an annual group turnover of over £2.7 billion and employ almost 20,000 people on more than 60 sites throughout the UK.
