Do you have the ability to provide a proactive HR business partner service to the supply chain management teams within a designated region, and to coach, support and develop site teams in the delivery of an operational HR service. As Regional HR Manager you will provide advice and guidance on all aspects of HR processes, practices, legislation to regional/ area supply chain and HR management teams to ensure full compliance with Company and legislative requirements Our client is looking for you to lead/support and project manage national HR initiatives and change management projects as appropriate and ensure effective implementation across the division. We are looking for:- Good analytical skills.
