Our client is one of the leading food manufacturers in the UK market. With planned expansion, their growth will give their senior management team significant business and personal challenge. To spearhead this expansion, they require a results focused and experienced General Manager for one of their businesses in Lincolnshire. You will have the opportunity to develop the business vision, setting standards for Commercial, Production, Logistics and other functions, and should bring World Class operational experience. What is key is that you will have a successful track record of supply to the major UK multiples, preferably from the chilled food sector. To fit in with the positive business culture, you will need to be highly competent, quality minded and extremely creative. As a leader and motivator of your team, you will give clarity of direction and a framework within which people can deliver World Class performance through self-management.
