Job Description

An exciting opportunity now exists for a Brand Planning and Research Manager to reinforce our strategic brand planning Team

In this role you will be a co-pilot for the business by leading the consumer insights plan in order to build successful brand strategies and businesses, working on two of the companies biggest brands.

Your main accountabilities will be:

  • Track the brands dynamics across Europe and make recommendations to achieve sustainable growth (using the full set of tracking research e.g.consumer panels, retail audit, Brand Salience Tracker…).
  • Lead the insight generation program to support the brands needs (equity, innovation, communication)·         Leverage desk research and strategic models to recommend the right course of action on the brands you are responsible for.
  • Size the opportunity of each activity, using a risk management approach to decide on investing on research.

With a proven work experience in Market Research, you will be able to deal both with quantitative and qualitative research.

You will be highly organised and an excellent communicator, able to work with a variety of different stakeholders and to influence them.

You will be an analytical and strategic thinker, ideally experienced in working in multicultural teams.
