Job Description

This highly ambitious company has developed an exceptional business partnership with its major supermarket clients, dominating its sector and delivering outstanding levels of customer service. With its modern facilities, great team ethic you will find yourself working within a highly positive and supportive senior management team this high visibility role within the Group offers a positive culture and a springboard for career advancement

This is a senior management role overseeing a fairly sizeable team includes NAMs, sales and marketing support your primary focus will be on the strategic development and delivery of sales and the 'hands on' National Account management of their premier account. Responding swiftly to customer demand is one the key features in this role, with very regular site and Head Office visits and reviews. Working to maximise customer sales activity you will assist in devising first class category plans that will cement the long  term stability of key revenue streams.

With an exemplary track record of delivering consistent sales growth with National Accounts and nurturing NAM and commercial teams, you should have the prerequisite passion and customer service mindset that delivers excellence and client trust.  Experience of managing Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda or Morrisons accounts would be advantageous alongside evidence of highly developed negotiation skills.
