This role will see you reporting into the Purchasing Manager and will allow you the opportunity of purchasing core components for the site's finished products. Duties will include day-to-day buying as well as longer term projects to drive improvements in this important function. You will have regular contact with suppliers and internally with colleagues across the factory.

This particular business unit supplies premium, chilled products and therefore someone with a high attention to detail and quality is required. You will have previously had experience of buying / procurement within the food industry, and ideally within produce. A relevant degree / qualification is an added bonus.
