A new position has been created following a recent restructure and my client is now seeking a Development Technologist to join their small, niche Product Development Team. 

Job Description

My client based in Lincolnshire, manufactures a range of chilled, short shelf life products for one of the UK's major retailers. This is your opportunity to join a company that values employees and provides clear routes for career progression.

In this role you will report directly into the Product Manager and will assist in the development and launch of new products, taking ownership from concept to launch and monitoring quality for the life of the product.
You will develop new products and record all required information to generate an accurate costing. You will also plan, organise and control resources i.e. own time, ingredients, packaging etc to deliver concept samples to an agreed quality and timescale.

Finally you will present facts and ideas clearly and accurately to customers in a supporting role.

To apply for this role you must:Have over a year's experience in a Product Development role (ideally Chilled Food Products)A passion for food.
Experience in producing consistent product development samples to a standard.
