Job Description

The role is working for one of the UK's largest retailers and this site is purpose built to supply the stores.

The main remit of this role is to contribute to the achievement of the overall site business plan by providing the appropriate managerial and technical expertise to ensure that KPIs are met and exceeded.

The client is looking for a strong people person who will gain buy in from the outset. In terms of team size, you will manage around 20 - 50 team members and be responsible for recruitment, performance management and personal development plans.

In this role you will report into the Department Operations Manager.
