This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Engineering Manager to join a fast paced manufacturing environment that is enjoying real growth.  As a result of their success they have expanded their facilities and there is a need to drive efficiencies.

You will have the engineering expertise to focus on improving the current process flow to make the site more efficient and effective.  An understanding and previous experience of driving improvements with old kit will be a major part of the role.  Leadership must be a strong skill for this opportunity.  You will have managed teams and have proven ability to engage with individuals and understand how to include them and generate a team ethic.  This interim role needs a strong individual who relishes a challenge and enjoys change management and taking people with them on the journey.

You will need :

• Exposure to a food manufacturing environment where efficiency and reliability are key.
• Professional Engineer (Degree, HND, or previous experience operating as a Professional Engineering
• Manager in a Food manufacturing environment)
• Good aptitude for engineering. Ideally with both mechanical and electrical skills
• A leader with management experience of Multi-skilled Engineers.
• Experience of managing engineering budget a desirable, no essential.
