This role offers the opportunity work in a business that manufacture premium range products dealing with the UK's major food retailers.

Our client are a major food manufacturer who are highly recognised in the UK food industry.   They have a strong HR business partnership ethic across the entire business and the HR function is viewed as influential and key to the success of each division.

As a strong HR generalist you will have implemented HR strategies ensuring business alignment and engagement across all functions.Relationships and strong examples of working collaboratively with colleagues including the senior management team are critical.You will have worked in a similar paced environment in food or FMCG and have the energy and drive to meet the demands of this often rapidly changing environment.  This role needs someone who can rearrange priorities and be adaptable to tackle new issues.A sophisticated communicator who can translate the needs of the business across multiple functions.A leader who can manage a team of HR professionals, setting the direction and ensuring deadlines are met by the team.As an experienced HR professional, you will have the skill to act as a 'sounding board' and advisor to members of the senior management team.Commercial and financial acumen are a given at this level.

Ideally CIPD qualified with a strong HR generalist background.  You must have worked in a manufacturing environment, ideally food or FMCG.
