Job Description

As Development Controller, you will spend time researching and developing innovations, supporting your team and encouraging them to create the "wow" factor for your customers.  You will drive the businesses NPD agenda, in line with customer expectations, developing excellent relationships with all retailers and internal customers alike.    

As development controller, you will seek assistance from experts within the business and encourage a cross functional approach.  

You will have a passion for food and a determination to succeed.  As a successful and experienced development manager you will have a track record of developing excellent customer relationships, and driving consumer lead, award winning products that are commercially sound.
