Key responsibilities include:

• Create, develop and implement industrialised packaging solutions under specific projects, ensuring robust risk management and delivery of quality attributes.
• Deliver robust packaging specifications following formal risk management process at best total costs.
• Strongly influence and shape the course of packaging development projects via the Packaging Impact Strategy whilst providing high quality formal and informal communication on project progress.
• Improve factory efficiency via agreed projects on packaging, incorporating the benefits of a strong factory relationship.
• Take ownership for and facilitate resolution to inbound packaging defects/issues.

We require candidates who have a packaging background in a FMCG environment, ideally from food or drink. Strong project management skills as well as strong communication skills will be important, as this role is a vital cog in the packaging development chain.
