Job Description

You will be employed by an international market leader in innovation, which has recruited and developed product development chefs for over 20 years.  This is a large Group, where career progression and opportunity is significant.  They work with all the major retailers and have been responsible for some of the most influential changes to the market through real innovation.

Great opportunity to create ranges of new products in line with both the company and the customer's requirements.  The challenge as always, is to find a way of harnessing innovation so it is commercially viable.  You will be involved with all levels of the business and with the customers.   The product ranges are diverse and very much at the fore front of innovation so you will constantly be working on new and exciting trends whilst being mindful of potential improvements on the current ranges.

To be successful in this recruitment process, you will be a confident, self starter with excellent culinary skills matched by strong personal standards and presentation skills.  You will be able to demonstrate innovative product development successes and have a career pedigree of excellent restaurants or hotels.
