Job Description

This is a successful business that have delivered a range of high profile, market leading branded products to market.  They have seen significant growth in recent years through their innovative and varied product range.  This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who has recently graduated with some work experience or for a more experienced candidate who is keen to work with a professional, successful team in the food industry.

You will be an integral part of the development team working with the innovation of branded products from the pre-production trial stage through to the final launch.  You will ideally have some experience of project management in your development career to demonstrate your skill in working on a variety of product launches at any one time.The projects involved with have tight timescales throughout the launch programme, which must be adhered to.  Customer demands must also be met so you will be able to multi-task and manage your own priorities.A lateral thinker, you will have proven examples of your ability to resolve any problems  or issues during the launch.Communication is vital to this role to ensure full visibility, cross functionally, around the status of each launch or progress with the development of existing products.This is a six to nine month interim role on contract pro rata basis.

Candidates must have some development experience OR a food related degree with industry experience OR a year in industry.
