Summary

This role will be based in a large, busy factory where there is always plenty going on. Part of a larger group, this business unit has experienced strong growth and is looking to continue increasing its market share.

Job Description

The purpose is to provide Technical & Quality resource on the nightshift; therefore this role will be working Mon-Fri permanent Night shift. It will be managing a team of 12 across quality and will also have an indirect assistance to hygiene to advise on any technical issues. It will ensure that Technical systems and procedures are understood and communicated and that the systems are fully documented and maintained within a recognised system.

This role will be ideal for a senior Quality Manager or Technical Manager that would like to challenge themselves in a CI focused environment. We are looking to speak with people who have a strong track record in a technical or quality discipline and strong people management skills.
