Our client is a chilled prepared foods manufacturer supplying some of the UKs leading retailers.  The business is dedicated to driving innovation whilst maintaining excellent standards of service to its customers.  This site is part of a larger group, so development within the wider business is a real opportunity for the future.  The business has enjoyed growth over the last couple of years and has very good business relationships with its key retail clients.

As Commercial Director you will be responsible for the commercial team at this business unit.  Your success will be measured by your ability to maintain and further develop the businesses retail customer relationships whilst driving incremental growth for the site.  This Commercial Director role will report directly to the Group Commercial Director and as such offers a great deal of autonomy.

The successful candidate for this Commercial Director position will have previous experience of dealing with UK retailers at a senior level in a chilled foods business.  You will be of graduate calibre and possess the drive and ambition required to drive a business forward.
