Our Client is renowned for delivering a specialist valued added chilled food offering to a number of major retail clients. It is their aim to continue growing and further develop the business by remaining at the forefront of food product development and innovation.

Part of a multi billion £ organisation there is huge scope to learn and further develop personally. There is expertise on hand in each function and you will be encouraged to utilise this to enable to you develop products that will keep consumers happy and interested.

As one of the site NPD Chefs you will need to display a positive proactive approach to all aspects of your role, be an active, involved, and supportive team member. One who can share ideas, work together to refine ideas and celebrate in team success. You should relish the challenge of exhausting product opportunities. You will need to be able to interpret customer briefs and deliver right first time to gain customer confidence. Working closely with product and process technologists you will ensure the smooth transition to the factory supporting and problem solving along the way.  Your food ingredient and  trend knowledge will be put to the test regularly, tasked to deliver innovation and try new techniques.

This is a great opportunity for a talented Chef by who has tried and tested core craft skill one who is able to mix and blend flavours fully utilising  the sites core competencies and challenging boundaries.
