Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a business that is enjoying real growth.

Managing the site engineering team you will ensure that all engineering tasks are carried out in line with internal and external food safety and health and safety standards as well as heading up site improvement projects. You will focus on improving the current process flow to make the site more efficient and work with production teams ensuring TPM and asset management is in place.

The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre and will posses:
Exposure to a fast paced food manufacturing environment
Ability to deliver a structured management framework
Good aptitude for engineering. Ideally with both mechanical and electrical skills
Experience of managing engineering budgets.
Strong leadership skills and achievements in lifting moral and raising the profile of the engineering
