Job Description

The client is a market leader in the provision of a range of fresh, healthy ready meals for one of the country's leading retailers.  It offers the opportunity to work in a busy but proactive environment, supported by good Training & Development programmes. The business is looking to expand its Process Development team to help work on launching new products as well as value engineering existing ranges.  This is a dynamic environment that would suit individuals who enjoy the chance to use their initiative and to challenge the status quo.

These roles require you to have either some sound experience in food processing or to have worked in a chilled food manufacturing environment in either a technical or production capacity, focussing on improving products through streamlining production processes.  You will also need to demonstrate an affinity with food technology and kit.  An analytical mind and the ability to interpret data are sought along with a creative approach to problem solving.

(Graduates with a year's relevant placement experience, plus a year in industry, may also be considered.)
