Our client is a market leading chilled prepared foods business supplying some of the UK's leading retailers with hand crafted, premium food products.  The business is seeing a large amount of investment currently and it is looking forward to a period of growth.

As the Graduate Human Resource Partner you will work in a supportive role along side the business unit's Resourcing Manager.  You will be responsible for helping with the resourcing of all vacancies up to and including Middle Managers, and then retain, train and develop employees.  You will provide support, coaching and training to the business in areas such as recruitment, disciplinary, grievance and conflict handling, communications and absence management.

You will be a recent Human Resources graduate preferably with experience in a multi-functional manufacturing environment.  You will have passion and drive and enjoy the pace and change of a progressive and growing business.
