Job Description

This site is made up of four manufacturing business units and one distribution unit and is one of the Groups largest sites. The site itself is located in South Lincolnshire and produces a wide range of chilled products for the UKs retailers. The site is currently going through one of its busiest periods. This site is part of a large international chilled food-manufacturing group.

In this role you will supervise, organise and control effectively the back shift running of the hygiene department. You will ensure the optimal utilisation of plant, materials and people to achieve set objectives and Hygiene schedules.

You will be accountable for the safety, hygiene issues and to deal with personnel issues resulting in an efficiently run operation. You will be responsible for assigned budgets and control as necessary and be responsible for up to, 30+ hygiene operatives 7 days a week.

You must ensure the delivery of agreed KPIs within your area through the team, making sure that KPIs are understood and systems are in place to collect the necessary data to measure performance against the agreed KPIs.

Hours for this role: 2pm - 10pm
