Job Description

The Client is well known and respected throughout the UK and Internationally for producing high quality frozen foods.  As an organisation they have been recognised for their proactive to sustainable environmental policies. 

The successful Innovation Manager will need to be able to lead the team become the guardian of the product innovation.  Maintaining a proactive approach at all times across two very different categories; previous experience of working in desserts and or meat free would be a distinct advantage. 

To fulfil this role you will need a proven track record of strong effective leadership skills able to implement robust processes and motivate the team. Previous experience of working in a branded environment would be an added advantage. It is vital to have interfaced with major retail clients and have developed respected relationships. Your project management skills will need to be refined, be a passionate food enthusiast with a logical, pragmatic approach to project management. With a determination to deliver within set business objectives.  You will need a creative and knowledgeable food background, flexible and resourceful in your approach with a history of working and influencing cross functionally to achieve results.
