Job Description

Our client, a multi national business, is currently expanding which makes this is an exciting time for the right candidate to help them grow new relationships and further develop those   that are already in place.  An entrepreneurial business that is dynamic and flexible augmenting their ability to make quick decisions and reward achievers.

With an extensive product range supplied into the UK retailers, the heart of this business is focused on the quality and provenance of their ingredients. The successful candidate will be passionate about food and have the vision to move the business forward. A proven track record in developing accounts and winning new business is a must, as is the experience of working with major multiples at senior levels.   This is not all about winning new business but having the sophistication to develop current accounts and grow long-term partnerships.

Category knowledge and how to work with data and see potential openings will be a key part of your experience along with professional, polished presentation skills and financial acumen.

You will be working with the senior management team to deliver on the businesses existing objectives, develop a business plan for the future and drive the business to succeed in their goals.

  • Previous experience of commercial management of major multiple accounts i.e. Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrison's , Asda, Co-op
  • Experience of FMCG / Food & Drink Industry
  • Proven track record in winning and developing accounts
