Interim NPD Chef

This would be a great project to get involved in, working in a team of three with a very clear focus to further develop a top end, high street retail in-store café and restaurant offering. The emphasis is on consistency, high quality fresh food - set the standard that others would aspire to achieve.

Our is most certainly proactive and forward thinking and is heralded for their working culture.The working environment is second to none; respectful and dignified and you would have the pleasure of working in a brand new NPD Kitchen.

You would need to be able to travel to Central London every day Monday-Friday, the working hours are regular, and very respectable; no late night finishesThe role will require an Interim NPD Chef who understands the NPD process and who can work as part of a team yet take the lead in terms of product innovation.The challenge will be to develop a brilliant food offering for breakfast, lunch afternoon tea and work on a brand new concept.    

You will need to be a Chef who is a people person, able to work collaboratively. Yet, you should be able to without question stand out with your passion for food that is backed up with knowledge and ability to deliver.  Your infectious enthusiasm should be able to engage and excite. Your approach to work need to be methodical, able to work on multiple projects at anyone time, flexible enough to swap and alter priorities as business demands alter
