This interim operations role requires an individual who has strong operations and engineering experience.  You need a mix of both to deliver engineering improvements effectively and using your operations knowledge to manage KPI's and other financial and production measures.The people piece is of significant importance.  A confident and experienced manager who can train, develop and coach individuals to 'stick to the plan' and not revert to personal preference.

Engineering and operations experience in a food or FMCG business.
