Job Description

The client, based in Lincolnshire, produces a range of innovative and exciting chilled food products for the UK major retailers. The culture is focused on Teamwork and Achievement.

In this role you will be co-ordinating all information for product specifications and transferring data into customer specification systems. You will write, process and approve product specifications.  Interacting with suppliers on technical issues and also with the customer on technical issues relating to specifications. You will also work closely with other departments ensuring raw material specifications and all necessary information is available to complete retailer specification. 

You will be responsible for ensuring packaging is correct, involving checking of artwork against specification. The successful candidate will be organised and effective at time management, working towards tight timescales and critical deadlines, ensuring that specification information is all correct and up to date ready for launch.

• One years experience in a Technical role.
• Experience of retailer specifications systems such as Tesco Technical Library, Asda Aspect or Sainsbury's Inspire.
