The organisation is a huge international business operating across the world and career advancement and opportunity does not have to be limited to the UK.

Working with the Development Manager - your role is to create concepts that the development team can make into strong commercial products. You will work with the retail customer as well which will give you broader insight and responsibility. We want to find an individual who can research and evaluate trends both in the UK and globally; considering the broadest blue sky ideas and developments in the culinary world, highlighting any opportunities to NPD and Marketing. You will also provide market and commercial information to support the creative work, understand the category, customer and competition in this area.

So a great opportunity as part of this new team, you will have strong culinary ability excellent commercial appreciation and the ability to get into the detail of a challenge. Previous development chef experience would be an advantage but is not the deal breaker it can be with other roles we handle.
