The client is a multinational, multi-product blue chip business that produces huge numbers of products each week for all of the major retailers. Product quality and Innovation are core values and they strive for the best in each. This business has a number of sites for you to potentially work in & to further develop your career across a number of different product categories and customers.

This position is a 4 on 4 off Nights Operations Manager position that will oversee all production/operations on this shift. Therefore key responsibilities will include managing KPI’s through a large team (100’s) to ensure production targets are met for this short shelf life product.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience of managing a large team through shift managers/team leaders, within a food environment. Therefore motivational skills are important as is lean manufacturing & process improvement knowledge.
