Job Description

Our client based in Hampshire, produces a range of chilled, short shelf life food products for most of the UK's major retailers. This small site is known for its friendly and warm atmosphere; and as we have worked for them for some time we can also vouch for that.  However, the business is also part of a major international group, so career development options are good.

You will act as the pivot point between all departments, formulating, monitoring and updating daily schedule in order to ensure 100% customer service level within a short shelf life, fast paced food manufacturing environment.

You will also come up with a daily schedule, aligned for all operational areas, which minimises downtime and ensures finished product is available to meet out-loading requirements.

In the role you will monitor the progress of the factory against the daily schedule, investigating variances, re-planning and communicating changes to the factory to ensure out-loading requirements are met.

• Have good computer skills and have experience on spreadsheets and databases
• Have the ability to solve problems
• Experience within a fast paced Planning function
• Be dynamic and able to adapt quickly
