Our client, based in Lincolnshire, is part of a major international chilled food-manufacturing group that is at the forefront of innovation within their arena.

This site supplies all the Uks major retailers and is currently going through its busiest period. This is your opportunity to join a major player within the Food Industry.

The main remit of this role is to assist in the Product Development process; by way of undertaking duties associated with product trials and product evaluation - in line with company and customer requirements.
You will document all data from trials including shelf life, organoleptic tests etc and ensure they are comprehensive and legible for future review in order to establish process capabilities and support due diligence.

You will work closely with NPD and Operations establish appropriate quality attributes for work in progress material, assembly and finished product taking into account operational capabilities.

To apply for this role you must:
HND in Food science or equivalent
Have at least one years experience in a Process Technologist Role
Have good communication skills in order to liase with NPD and Production.
