As a Food Product Technologist you will work within a highly skilled technical team liaising on a daily basis with your category’s supply base.  You will be accountable for delivering technical innovations within your category and driving the NPD agenda with your product development and buying colleagues.  As a successful Food Product Technologist you will cover all aspects of food safety ensuring all products in your accountable ranges meet the company’s policies and the supply base adhere to company standards and procedures. You will also conduct supplier audits and will have the opportunity to be involved with industry leading organisations. 

You will be educated to degree level in food science or a related subject and you must be able to demonstrate a strong career track record in food technology, with several interesting examples of technical innovation leading to commercial success.
